What the limits mean
Usage units — the single meter for all AI work (speech, chat, embeddings). Peak-priced so the limit never moves with the clock.
Agent runs — how many agent jobs you can start. A run continues across pauses up to 15 minutes.
Agent spend — dollar cap on agent model costs per window/month.
5-hour window — a rolling limit that refills as your oldest use ages out.
Monthly — the calendar-month cap (resets 1st UTC).
